I started DS Inventories in Maidenhead back in 2011. I always intended it to be a small business offering a high quality service to a few lettings agents – now conducting over 500 inspections a year.
I have never had to advertise my services until now, so what’s changed?
Well simply put, the tenant fee ban means that Landlords are increasingly looking to source their own inventory, and make their own check ins and check outs which means I need to look outside my existing relationships to maintain my business.
I have therefore launched my own website drawing on my many years of experience to work direct with those Landlords seeking a reliable, high quality professional inventory service to protect their properties.
Why me
First and foremost I conduct the majority of the inspections myself. This consistency guarantees you a better outcome at check out. I don’t sit in the office directing a multitude of ever changing clerks – I do have support from one person Jemma who has worked with me for over 2 years.
Simply put I do property inspections. Creating rental property inventories and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
I have my own rental properties so fully understand the sharp end and what is at stake – getting it right, to ensure that at the end of a tenancy that any legitimate claims can be successful.
I aim to deliver the best possible service to all my clients and my long standing relationships are, I believe, a clear testament to the quality of service that I deliver – And I very much look forward to being able to assist you with your properties going forward.
